Thank you for your interest in our Holiday PPEC Pals program. Your involvement guarantees that the child you sponsor will have a Happy Holiday with presents to open. Please fill out the attached form and we will send you information on your PPEC Pal. All children to be sponsored attend The Kidz Club and have a medical diagnosis that requires skilled nursing care and monitoring.
If you would like to be a sponsor but cannot do the shopping, we will have a staff member, who knows the child, shop for you. Please complete this form and mail checks/money orders made payable to The Kidz Club to 1101 Herr Lane, Louisville, KY 40222
